The next Ambassador training as well as the HV Buddy Program Training will be held on August 29, 2009. The Orientation for the Buddy Program will start at 10am and the Buddy Program Training will be at 11am.

Offering an eclectic program that ranges from Mozart to tango performed by some of the most exciting young Canadian musicians, in the beautiful acoustics of the Trinity St. Paul Church @ Spadina & Bloor.

Buddy Program with the North Koreans in Toronto
HanVoice’s Settlement Committee is kicking off a new “buddy” program to work in tandem with the North Koreans who are here in Toronto. If you are interested in volunteering and working with the North Koreans on the ground here, please contact settlement@hanvoice.org. The first information session will be held on Friday, July 17th, 7:00 pm at Mike Kim’s place on 330 St. George St. The session will last for about two hours and all are welcome to attend!
North Korean Lunch-and-a-Movie
The newest batch of Ambassadors are hosting a “North Korean Lunch-and-a-Movie”, which features a screening of “Crossing”, accompanied by a “tiered” menu where guests randomly draw their loyalty class, which determines how lavishly you’ll eat!
